- ACP trick: Defining a group "NPCs" which does not have permission to send/receive PMs, adding NPC accounts to this group, and removing those accounts from "registered users" will prevent users from accidentally PMing an NPC account whose inbox is not monitored. Users will receive a notification "Some users couldn’t be added as they do not have permission to read private messages" if they try to add these accounts as recipients. (Make sure that clan/faction groups are not assigned PM permission or this may not work.)
